1. 7-Day Return Window

You may initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of parcel delivery directly through your My Account > Orders dashboard.

2. Eligible Garment Conditions

• The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and without perfume or cosmetic stains.
• Original brand tags, barcode labels, and decorative tassels must remain intact.
• Saree blouse pieces must remain unstitched and uncut from the main fabric.

3. Doorstep Reverse Pickup

Once your return request is submitted, our logistics partner will arrange a doorstep pickup within 24 to 48 hours at zero pickup cost.

4. Refund Turnaround

Refunds for prepaid orders are credited back to the original source method (Card / UPI) within 3 to 5 business days of inspection. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are credited directly to your verified bank account via NEFT / IMPS.
